I was supposed to be an engineer, or a physical therapist. I started school in both directions, but, the pull of photography was overwhelming and I’ve been lucky enough to make it my career for over 20 years. Early on, I knew I wanted to be a hockey photographer and now, I find myself as the team photographer for my home-state team, the Colorado Avalanche. Previously, I was the team photographer for the New Jersey Devils and their arena, Prudential Center. I consider myself lucky every day.
